President Trump, Barron and Melania Arrive Back at the White House after Thanksgiving

President Donald Trump arrived in Washington on Sunday night after spending several days in Florida at the ‘Winter White House’ for Thanksgiving.

First lady Melania Trump and son Barron accompanied the president on the trip to Palm Beach, where President Trump owns a private resort, and they were with him on the South Lawn of the White House when he returned this evening.

The trio waved to photographers as they walked into the residence, continuing on as reporters shouted questions about Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore and the GOP’s tax reform bill.

President Trump comes back to a full plate at the White House after the five-day getaway to Mar-a-Lago. The deal-maker-in-chief is due back on Capitol Hill on Tuesday for a luncheon with lawmakers who will determine the fate of tax reform.

The first family, who have been soaking up the Florida sunshine since Tuesday, layered up before they disembarked from the aircraft.

Melania was spotted leaving Palm Beach wearing a black long sleeve shirt and heeled boots but she added a gray, over-sized Acne sweater by the time she landed to compensate for the chilly Washington weather.

Their son Barron also donned a warm parker when they landed back in DC.

Trump had earlier ended his Thanksgiving holiday at Mar-A-Lago the same way he started – by playing rounds of golf.

The President arrived at his Trump International Golf Club on Sunday morning as he was tweeting about the Alabama Senate race.

He also played golf on Saturday with legend Jack Nicklaus and again on Friday with with Tiger Woods, Dustin Johnson and Brad Faxon.

Trump visited various golf courses five days in a row over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

During a break from his golfing, Trump and Melania did visit members of the state’s Coast Guard on Thursday where they served them Thanksgiving lunch at their station in Riviera Beach.
