A cyclist has been fired from her job after giving Donald Trump the middle finger.
Juli Briskman — who is known as a ‘shero’ — flipped off the president as she rode alongside his motorcade.
A picture was snapped by a White House photographer as the commander in chief left his golf course in Virginia.
Briskman, who worked in the marketing department for government firm Akima LLC, said she had no idea the photo had been taken and was shocked when it went viral.
The 50-year-old mother of two used it as her social media profile photos.
But as she became the talk of Twitter and Facebook last week, she forewarned her employer.
She was canned when she went into work.
Briskman explained: ‘They said, “we’re separating from you. Basically, you cannot have lewd or obscene things in your social media”. So they were calling flipping him off “obscene”.’
They said the photo could harm their business because it is an arm of the government.
She was frogmarched from the office with a box of her things.
Virginia is an employment-at-will state, meaning employers can fire anyone at any time for a wide range of reasons.
Briskman took issue with the way she was treated because she claims a male colleague was not reprimanded the same way after he called someone a ‘fucking libtard asshole’ on Facebook.
She said: ‘How is that any less “obscene” than me flipping off the president? How is that fair?’
